“When we opened in January, we had a plan for Eli’s Tavern. Through several menu changes, we’ve adjusted that plan and vision. After a few changes, long talks and late nights, we realized what we were missing: A concept and menu that the town and nearby neighborhoods yearned to support. After months of trials (and errors), we’ve decided to make Eli’s exactly what it should have been all along. A scratch kitchen and bar with all of your tavern favorites.
